Robert Hoffman would like everyone to know reality star Kate Gosselin is not who she appears to be on TV. The author of "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World," continues for spew relevatory anecdotes about the mother of eight. Even with Gosselin's and TLC's lawyers sucessfully getting his e-book removed from Amazon, Hoffman refuses to in return down.
Gosselin is known for her past TLC shows, "Jon and Kate Plus 8," and then eventually just, "Kate Plus 8," and most recent turn grasping at fame on "Dancing With The Stars."
We've already heard plenty about Gosselin's "demanding, abrasive personality," which have her fired form her job blogging for CouponCabin.com, according to The New York Daily News. And right now a passage from Hoffman's ebook obtained by The Huffington Post continues to flesh out that narrative of the fallen reality star.
According to Hoffman, Gosselin consistently prepared expensive, outlandish demands to TLC executives via e-mail while promoting the series around the country. The book claims the reality TV fixture would only stay at Essex House, one of New York's fanciest hotels, for no cost if certain stipulations were followed.
Gosselin reportedly demanded a suite and an additional king room directly the next move door. A room down the hall or even one room farther away got not acceptable, Hoffman claims.
When staying in New York to promote her reality show, Gosselin plus allegedly sent out the following meticulously detailed list of the meals she required.
Wednesday dinner- Kobe beef instructions (extremely tender steak- medium to medium well), steamed broccoli, whipped mashed potatoes, as better as French fries. Organic blueberries and vanilla ice cream for dessert. (This meal should be available as choice for kids and adults. A mixed green/ grilled chicken salad should also be available- see below for ingredients)
Thursday lunch- Homemade macaroni and cheese having mild white cheddar and small shell pasta, fries with honey mustard dipping sauce and carrot and celery sticks with ranch dressing. Apple slices. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert. (Additional option of amalgamated green/ grilled chicken salad for adults: see below for salad ingredients)

Hoffman has been very direct in describing his feelings about Gosselin; she's "The most disgusting human being I know," says the author of the tell-all how kate gosselin fooled the world on his blog.
Hoffman says he wrote regarding the 37-year-old reality sensation to expose her time in the spotlight as an "eight-year web of lies, abuse, greed, and manipulation."
The tell-all book accuses Gosselin of a litany of serious crimes, while most notably, that she has beaten her children since they were toddlers. Hoffman claims he personally called Child Protective Services on Gosselin on two separate incidents, because she is "sick" and in "desperate need in mental help."
Hoffman claims he found secret journals that Gosselin used to write her books "Multiple Bles8ings" also "Eight Little Faces," according to Hollywood Life. In journals that Kate reportedly wrote "She ended up being beating 2-year-old babies in diapers," Hoffman told Star magazine.
"I don't judge somebody for spanking, but what Kate wrote to her journal is just absolute violence," he told the magazine.
While the author's book has vanished from on the internet booksellers, Hoffman looks to be keeping good on his phrase that he'll happily be a thorn in Gosselin's side as long as he likes if she wants to discredit him in any way.
"The other 90 percent of the material I possess will not necessarily be published, ever, but you can be sure that if I'm falsely accused of anything and drug into court, or called a liar by Kate Gosselin or her lawyers, this information will come out then, including photographs," Hoffman says at the book.
